HOW DO I JOIN?

1) After you have placed 2 orders with us you are eligible for membership, simply complete the form below with all your details and submit it. If you have placed less than two orders your application will not be accepted.

Please note: you are not automatically enrolled, you must complete an application – applications typically take around one week to process.

2) Once processed you can use your discount online or over the phone straight away, you will get an email with all the details. As part of our commitment to reducing the use of plastic we are no longer providing physical loyalty cards – if you require one please let us know.

3) That’s it, now you are part of the Dorwest family! Simply quote your customer number when ordering by phone from Dorwest Herbs Ltd and when visiting Dorwest Herb’s trade stand at Dog Shows and receive a 10% discount on orders! If you order on www.dorwest.com just log in and your discount will automatically be applied!
