We are very proud to announce that we have won ‘Online Business of the Year’ at the prestigious 2025 Pet Industry Federation (PIF) Awards, recognised for our new website and strong online growth over the past 12 months.
The Pet Industry Federation (PIF) was formed in the late 1940s and hosts annual awards celebrating success across pet retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. In 2023, both PIF and Dorwest Herbs celebrated their 75th anniversaries.
Last week’s 2025 PIF Awards ceremony in Stoke-on-Trent announced winners across 27 categories. Over 300 industry professionals attended to celebrate excellence “from dedicated groomers and innovative retailers to leading manufacturers and essential suppliers”. In the first year since launching our new website, we delivered outstanding online growth, with the website praised for its customer-journey focus and in-depth product content.
