Here at Dorwest, we’ve been supporting pets’ health for over 70 years. Our product range has grown somewhat over this time but we remain a family-run business, now in its third generation, which has allowed a lot of valuable insight and knowledge to be passed down.

From phobias to upset tummies, coat care to joint support, we’ve seen it all! Much of our experience comes not only from working with our wonderful customers to get the best outcomes for their pets but from also dealing with our own four-legged friends. This means that we understand the queries and issues you come to us with first-hand, and we can personally vouch for the claims of our products.

So how do we put our knowledge and experience into practice? Well, striving for only the highest standards underpins everything we do – from selecting the herbs to manufacturing processes to delivering excellent customer service.

We always source top-quality ingredients, using pharmaceutical-grade herbs wherever possible, with purity, sustainability, and traceability prioritised. Our extracts are never second-stage but always taken directly from the whole plant and first pressings of oil to further improve purity.

Our customer service team undergoes rigorous and regular training to ensure their advice is always current and at the highest level. They are also all great listeners, as we understand that each and every pet is unique. All of our advice comes tailored for the individual, to offer the best combination of products to suit each pet’s needs, be it age, activity level, lifestyle, certain conditions, or problems that need considering.

At Dorwest we’re like a big family – many of our staff have been with us for ten years or more and some have even made it to 20 and 25 years with Dorwest. We feel that having long term staff enables us to grow our business in line with our original principles;
