With over 20,000 dogs competing and 150,000 fellow dog lovers in attendance, the atmosphere is electric. It’s a true celebration of the bond between humans and dogs.

  • The main arena: From the speed of Flyball and Agility to the precision of Heelwork to Music.
  • Discover dogs: A chance to meet 200+ breeds and find out which one fits your lifestyle.
  • The shopping: Over 500 stands (including ours!) offering the very best in dog health, food, toys, and accessories.
  • Connecting with our customers:There is nothing we love more than stepping out from behind our desks and meeting you (and your dogs!) in person. Crufts is our favourite opportunity to hear your stories, celebrate your successes, and connect with fellow pet-passionate brands.

Crufts: Over 130 years in the making

Did you know Crufts began back in 1891? Founded in London by Charles Cruft, it has evolved into a world-renowned championship that unites the global dog community. As the world’s largest dog show, it celebrates over 13 decades of canine achievement—and with Dorwest attending since 1973, we’ve been there to witness decades of those iconic moments firsthand.

  • Dedicated fans: Over 50% of visitors spend more than four hours exploring the five massive halls.
  • National reach: Nearly 40% of visitors travel over two hours to be there, we think the exclusive show offers make the trip worth it!
  • The next generation: While the majority of attendees are aged 45-64, the 18-24 age group is the fastest-growing part of the Crufts family.
  • True dog lovers: 83% of visitors are dog owners themselves, making it the perfect place to share herbal health tips and advice.

Our Crufts story through the years

For over 5 decades, our Dorwest stand has been a staple of the Crufts experience. We first set up shop at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in Kensington, London in 1973, before moving to Earls Court in 1989 and while the venues have changed, our mission hasn't: providing world-class herbal support for the dogs you love!

Here’s a look back at how our team, our show stand, and our herbal range have evolved over the decades. What began with the passion of Mary and Tony Boughton on the show circuit continues today through the third generation, led by their daughter and our Managing Director, Jo Boughton-White.

Frequently asked questions about Crufts

Can I bring my dog to Crufts if they aren't competing?

No, only dogs competing in the show, those invited by The Kennel Club or an exhibitor and registered assistance dogs are allowed entry to the halls.

Leaving your dog at home is the hardest part of Crufts, but bringing back a 'show-day souvenir' makes it all worthwhile. With hundreds of stands to explore, it’s the perfect time to stock up on their favourites.

Swing by the Dorwest stand to get 15% off everything, maybe treat them to our new Bone Broth!

How do I find the Dorwest Herbs stand this year?

We're in the same location we were last year, the only thing that has changed for 2026 is our stand number (from 72 to 9) but that is merely a number change!

Find us in Hall 4, Stand 9.

Our stand is positioned overlooking the large green walkway between Hall 3A and Hall 4. Look out for our tall central column covered in herbs as you make your way to Hall 4.

What is the best day to visit for expert advice?

While we are available during all four days (5th – 8th March), Thursday and Friday can be a good time for a longer chat with our herbal experts. If you have specific questions about show-day nerves or joint support, the quieter mornings are the perfect time to visit us before the weekend crowds arrive.

How can I keep my dog calm during a busy show?

Dog shows like Crufts can be high-pressure environments. We recommend starting our Scullcap & Valerian Tablets at least 4 weeks before any event to help dogs remain calm and focused.

For fast-acting calm on the day of travel or competition, our Valerian Compound can be a great top-up to help manage "show-day jitters" naturally. Working in just 30 minutes!

What should I pack for a day at the NEC?

Comfortable shoes are a must for navigating the five halls! We also suggest bringing a reusable water bottle and a portable charger.

If you’re planning on stocking up on plenty of products or treats for your dog, we'd always recommend bringing a large tote bag or rucksack!

Do the stands at Crufts take cash?

While many stands at Crufts have moved to card or contactless payments only, we do things differently! To make shopping as easy as possible for our customers, our Dorwest stand accepts both cash and card.

Top tips:

  • Stand Payments: While most trade stands take card, we recommend having some cash as a backup in case of NEC connectivity issues.
  • NEC Food & Drink: Please note that most official venue cafes and restaurants are card-only.
  • ATMs: Cash machines are available on-site at the NEC, but they can have long queues, it’s best to come prepared!
